- Key management: are you renting out your property or receiving guests while you are not present yourself? We provide a warm welcome and/or departure, hand over & receive the keys and check that everything is as desired! Additionally, we provide 24/7 support and assistance for any questions or issues.
- Preparing for holiday: Let us prepare your property for arrival or departure. We take care of airing, cleaning, making beds, getting groceries and much more.
- Periodic checks: We keep a close eye on your property! So you never have to worry, knowing that everything is in order.
- Mail services: We empty your letterbox and can forward mail according to your instructions, so you never miss important correspondence.
- Supervision of third-party work: If you have work done by third parties, we will supervise to make sure everything goes according to plan.

We take care of a beautiful online presentation of the property with attractive photos and dazzling texts, organise the publications on booking sites, follow up all bookings and take care of all contacts with tenants.
Besides organising the rental of the property, we also ensure a warm welcome and departure of guests. We hand over and receive the keys and check that everything is as it should be! Moreover, we offer assistance in case of questions or problems during the guests’ stay.
All you have to do? Enjoy the income and let us know when the property is not free because you come to enjoy it yourself ;).
